Wonderful Vegetable knife. Thin blade requires less force, straight blade allows more precise and even cutting. Hollow Ground (bubbles) helps to keep food from sticking to the sides of your blade. The Classic Ikon line by Wusthof offers larger, beautifully curved handles, which are great for cooks with larger hands. Better balance is created by shifting some weight to the end of the handle. The demi-bolster aids in sharpening and allows use of the full length of your blade. Hand washing recommended. Made in Germany.
